Dermal Filler
Derma fillers fill out and smooth away several areas including, nasolabial lines ( Nose and mouth grooves)forehead lines, crow’s feet, lines around the mouth and the décolletage area. Fillers are also effective in enhancing narrow lips to give a fuller look, uplisting sunken cheeks and it is also used to reverse the signs of ageing on the hands.
Fat Transfer
Fat transfer is a procedure used to plump up ceased, furrowed or sunken facial skin. It adds fullness to lips and the backs of hands. The procedure uses one’s own liposuctioned fat from the abdomen, thighs, or other donor sites.
How is it administered?
It is injected using a very fine needle into the treatment areas. Local anesthetic cream is usually applied prior the procedure to reduce discomfort.
Treatment Time
- Dermal Fillers – 30-40 minutes
- Fat Transfer – 60 minutes
Downtime
Minimal to none. In rare cases of noticeable bruising.
Side effects
Occasionally mild bruising, redness or swelling may occur after the procedure. This will subside within 2 – 6 hours.
