Skip to content- We will refund any services which have been paid for but have not been used, expect for package booking. If a package is booked and already in use, the remaining amount will NOT be refunded.
- If the paid service has already been used the refund will be decided on a case by case basis. To request a refund please contact info@iamc.ae.
- If a refund is granted, the refund will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
