International Aesthetic Medical Center (“IAMC”) operates in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using our website, booking a consultation, or receiving any service at our clinic, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to all visitors of the website www.iamc.ae (and related domains), and to all patients and clients who book or receive consultations, treatments, or other services at IAMC. By accessing the site or using our services you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update.
2. About IAMC and our services
IAMC is an aesthetic medical clinic providing consultations and treatments including but not limited to skin care, laser services, injectables (e.g. Botox, fillers), advanced skin treatments, and body and facial aesthetic procedures. Our services are delivered by qualified medical professionals in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the UAE. We operate from our premises at Al Ain - Al Jimi Area Opp. Al Jimi Police Station, Al Ain - UAE.
3. Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must not use the site to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data. 5. Consultations and appointments
Appointments can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or telephone. All bookings are subject to confirmation by IAMC. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary (e.g. due to clinical need, staff availability, or circumstances beyond our control). We will endeavour to give you reasonable notice. The first consultation with the doctor may be offered free of charge at our discretion; subsequent consultations and all treatments are chargeable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation and no-show policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. We may require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or refusal of future bookings at our discretion. We may cancel your appointment with notice if you fail to attend or to provide required information.
7. Consent to treatment
Before any treatment you will be asked to provide informed consent, including discussion of benefits, risks, alternatives, and aftercare. You must disclose your full medical history, allergies, and current medications. Failure to do so may affect the safety and outcome of treatment. By proceeding with treatment you confirm that you have received sufficient information and consent voluntarily.
8. Fees and payment
Fees for consultations and treatments will be communicated before you commit to a paid service. Payment is due as per our clinic policy (e.g. at the time of service unless otherwise agreed). We accept payment methods as displayed at the clinic. Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price quoted at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
9. Refunds
Refund policy depends on the type of service. For non-refundable treatments (e.g. injectables, laser sessions already performed), no refund will be given once the procedure has been carried out. For packages or pre-paid sessions, our clinic policy on unused sessions will be explained at the time of purchase. In case of cancellation by the clinic, we will offer a full refund or alternative appointment as appropriate.
10. Complaints and feedback
We are committed to high standards of care. If you have a complaint, please contact us via the Contact page or in person. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond in accordance with our internal policy. You may also have the right to refer certain matters to the relevant health authority in Abu Dhabi or the UAE where applicable.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, IAMC and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our services. Our liability for direct loss in connection with proven negligence in the delivery of healthcare services shall be governed by UAE law. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, save where UAE federal law requires otherwise.
